Initially there was a summary document of the Bridges Crossing Covenants, Use Restrictions and Rules, as to Section 6.5 Architectural Standards, (a) – (ii), pp. 17-20; which supplemented and modified several times the original applicable Sections in our Covenants , Use Restrictions and Rules, dated November 14, 2001, Section 6.5 Architectural Standards.

A COMPLETE REVISED SECTION 6.5 IN JUNE 2021 WAS FILED and AGAIN REVISED IN OCT 2021 TO EXPAND LEASING RULES. PLEASE REFER TO THE COMPLETE COVENANTS AND THE CURRENT SECTION 6.5 UNDER THE 'MORE' TAB FOR THE COMPLETE TEXT OF THESE RULES & REGS, Bk. 1974 pp. 209-217.
