
What can your HOA Board do for you?
As members' schedules allow your POA Board now meets on the third Wednesday or Thursday of each month, or more often as needed, to address a variety of subjects impacting our neighborhood, such as a collection of delinquent dues, architectural approval reviews, contracting of services, planning future projects, addressing legal actions such as liens and foreclosures. If a resident would like to speak to the Board individually on a topic they may schedule a fifteen minute slot before a scheduled meeting to do so giving a week's notice.
What can you do for our community?
Volunteer for committees or the Board. Residents coming together to create a neighborhood committee on various things can enhance Bridges Crossing as a whole.
